It’s not the advice that ‘works’ – what is working is that you are searching for a way forward. Not staying stuck. Yes it’s tough – but you are heading down the right road so you will MAKE it work.

This article hits true on so many levels.
After three years of devastating emotions and going through some serious hard times financially, meeting true friends has been a catalyst to being able to come back to life.
Still the recovery takes a looong process.

well written the 7 steps and I think everyone goes through it – this process- at least once in their lifetime .. but taking the time through each step makes a lot of difference once the anger has gone … focus on the positives ..:)
