I just heard Suzy Miler talking on Mark Carter’s afternoon show on BBC Sussex. Her approach is so spot on,Just what I would have benefitted from I’m sure.
And all power to her for this year sharing Christmas with her ex their children and his new wife!.Nine years on, this is where my ex husband and I are heading, despite both of us having remarried.It was not an amicable divorce….but we have worked hard to build a new relationship since, for the sake of our sons and our memories of a long marriage which had many happy times.

Just wanted to correct a couple of things.

Divorce-Online obviously completes the forms which are free from the court but also make sure that the grounds are are correct for the couple, advise on behaviour petitions, ancillary relief paragraphs and also when it comes to the finances prepare consent orders that include pension sharing.

We even implement the pension share for the client after the divorce.

The vast majority of couples that agree to a divorce are more than capable of handling matters themselves. Just remember to state exactly what is written after the phrase ‘marriage solemnised at’ when completing your D8. This by far the most common mistake that I’ve seen when completing petitions.

Divorce does not need to end in disaster and this post communicates that very well. All divorced parents need to ask themselves these questions and it’s fantastic that someone is helping them formulate their answers.

Divorce can be extremely hard on people, but medication should only be diagnosed when an individual is diagnosed with depression.

Whilst it is entirely true that divorce is more than capable of making a person depressed, it does not necessarily mean that they are suffering from depression. In other words, you’re right. If an individual is down because of their divorce, then speaking to someone or attending one of your classes would certainly be one of the best thing they could do.

These ‘divorce pills’ appear to be little more than re-branded herbal medication to assist with depression, though and, in my opinion, are little more than a cynical act of marketing.
